Chopsticks made in various species of wood, for various uses, with various finishes.
Most usually in ash, finished with linseed oil or urushi lacquer.
The process:
A workable piece of wood is split from a log, this is to ensure maximun strengh (as apose to sawn wood). The piece is shaped roughly with an axe, then shaved to final shape with a drawknife and carving knife. The piece is then cross cut in half to create the pair. They are dried, then finished.
Listed variants are the sets I have in stock at the moment, ready to ship.
All variants are £20 other than any with the Urushi finish, those are £35.
All food safe of course, just handwash.
