A cedar of Lebanon tea caddy, with a contrasting ebony or box and mahogany handle. All cedar is sourced locally.
This box was designed while studying at West Dean college, it was the first piece I made during my time at West Dean; hence it is a very special design to me.
Designed with Japanese aesthetic influence and traditional joinery, sure to be a heirloom piece for 100's of years.
With EVERY order we will plant a tree on your behalf; one native sapling from the Woodland Trust will be planted on protected land (planting happens once per year between November and March). You'll receive an update with a photo when your sapling starts it's new life.
